Man murders his mother, 4 sisters at hotel; Father absconding

Five members of a family were found murdered in a hotel room in Lucknow on Wednesday morning. The accused, 24-year-old Arshad, was apprehended by local police at the crime scene. The victims were identified as his mother, Asma, and his four sisters: Alia (9), Alshia (19), Aksa (16), and Rahmeen (18). The family had traveled from Agra to Lucknow to celebrate the New Year.
